#FermentingDataCanteen will focus on tasting and sensing ferments as they are broken down by microbes and enzymes. We will record these experiences as data through experimental forms of capture, map them with diagrams and register in the Wikidata database. Bring your own ferments, sensors, datasets to share over the afternoon, or just drop by one of the sessions
